Guest Booking Terms
Last updated May 2026. GandaStay is a business service operated by AGEA Realty OPC.
By submitting a booking request through a GandaStay-powered booking page, you agree to the following terms.
1. Accurate Information
The information you provide — including your name, contact details, stay dates, guest count, and any special requests — is accurate and complete. You are responsible for reviewing all booking details before submitting.
2. Booking Is a Request, Not an Automatic Confirmation
Submitting a booking request does not automatically confirm your reservation. Your booking is confirmed only after the property reviews and accepts your required payment proof or otherwise confirms the reservation in writing.
3. Payment Is Required to Hold Your Booking
A deposit or required amount must be paid and proof uploaded within the hold window shown at booking. If payment is not received within that window, the room may be released and your booking may expire.
4. Property Rules Apply
You agree to follow the property's check-in and check-out times, maximum guest count, house rules, payment instructions, cancellation policy, and other terms shown at the time of booking.
5. The Property Is Responsible for Your Stay
GandaStay provides the booking administration tool. The property owner is responsible for the accommodation, guest service, payment review, refunds, and all on-site operations. GandaStay is not a party to your agreement with the property.
6. Your Policy Snapshot
The payment policy, cancellation policy, and booking terms shown at the time of your booking may be saved with your booking record. This preserves a reference to what applied at the time you booked, even if the property later updates its policies.
