This limited-time promotional offer applies to eligible GandaStay Starter Access payments made directly to GandaStay on or before June 30, 2026.
Important deadline: your refund request must be sent within 14 calendar days from your Starter Access payment. If GandaStay does not feel useful for your property within that first 14-day period, contact us and we will refund your first Starter Access payment, subject to these terms.
Who Is Covered
This guarantee applies only to first-time GandaStay Starter Access payments made on or before June 30, 2026. It does not automatically apply to Standard, Premium, annual, renewal, upgrade, setup-only, custom, or future subscription payments unless GandaStay expressly states otherwise in writing.
What Is Covered
The guarantee covers the first Starter Access payment only. Starter Access may include 1-month, 2-month, or 3-month options, depending on the option selected and paid for at activation.
The refund is limited to the amount actually received by GandaStay for the eligible Starter Access payment. It does not cover property expenses, advertising costs, lost revenue, guest payments, bank or wallet fees, third-party fees, chargebacks, custom work, consulting, or any other indirect cost.
Request Deadline
Deadline: you must contact GandaStay within 14 calendar days from the Starter Access payment submission or activation record, whichever GandaStay uses to verify eligibility. Requests received after the 14-day period may be declined.
How To Request A Refund
Contact GandaStay through the official support channel and provide your property name, payer name, account email, payment method, payment date, payment reference or screenshot, and a short reason for the request.
GandaStay may review the activation record, payment proof, account activity, setup work, booking activity, and support history before approving a refund. We usually review refund requests within 2–3 business days.
Fair Use, Abuse, Fraud, And Ineligible Claims
GandaStay may decline refund requests involving duplicate claims, suspected fraud, altered or invalid payment proof, unpaid or reversed payments, abusive conduct, misuse of the platform, policy violations, or requests from accounts that are not the verified payer or authorized property representative.
Refunds may also be declined if the property has already processed more than 6 confirmed real guest bookings through GandaStay, received substantial custom setup or consulting work beyond normal onboarding, or used the platform in a way that creates unreasonable refund abuse risk.
Refund Method
Refunds are usually sent back through the original payment method or another verified payment channel agreed with GandaStay. Approved refunds are usually processed within 5–10 business days after approval, depending on GCash, Maya, bank, or payment-channel processing.
After A Refund
Your public booking page and account access may be disabled after refund. GandaStay may retain limited records needed for audit, fraud prevention, accounting, legal, and dispute purposes without prior notice to the previous account owner.
Changes To This Offer
GandaStay may end, modify, or extend this promotional offer at any time for future payments. Changes do not automatically expand eligibility for payments made outside the stated promotional period.
